Based on the reviews, Milan Laser Hair Removal provides laser hair removal services with permanent results. The staff is very kind, professional, and courteous. Customers had a great experience with Cecilia, who was incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. She worked efficiently, was very helpful in answering questions, and explained everything clearly. She was very gentle and informative, making customers feel comfortable from the moment they walked in. Mohsina was also very personable and made customers feel comfortable during consultations. The laser used is far superior to others. Customers felt the laser hair removal helped them get their life back, and their only regret is waiting so long to do it.
Very professional and streamlined process setting everything up and financing so you just pay a monthly bill. The interest rates weren’t great but seldom are. There was some ambiguity in my mind regarding what areas were covered but when I wasn’t sure they just added a trial season which made things clear. I’m always cutting my face shaving because the blade digs in when it hits a patch of thicker hair near my jawline and I’m not a fan of electric razors. I tried laser with mediocre results until about 6 sessions in and I think they were stringing me along. Shae is absolutely amazing! Super sweet and always makes me feel comfortable in my appointment! She’s very precise and all around perfect treatments every-time with her! I recommend this location just to come see her!
Just finished my very first laser hair removal session with Cecilia! I was extremely nervous going into it, but the staff was so welcoming, comforting, and confident, which immediately put me at ease.
I also want to give a huge thank-you to Mohsina, who did my consultation. She took so much time to answer every one of my questions and provided so much clarity throughout the process. I never felt rushed, and she helped me feel confident in my decision to move forward with Milan.
