Walked in last Saturday for possible emergency care needed and the entire team was so kind and caring, was able to get surgery and taken cared of so well. Very thankful to Drs. Lee, RN Kim, Taylor, Mario, and Corpsman Christian. Thank you very much!

Great Military Treatment Facility. Staff is helpful and polite. Services offered have expanded since opening.

The phone line to make appointments sucks, if you do get someone they are rude. I'm talking about the GOLD Team people working at the front desk. Terrible customer service skills.

The doctors are very professional and appear to be truly interested in my concerns. I moved to MD several years ago, but I continue to make the drive to Fort Belvoir, VA when I need non-urgent medical care!

Wonderful Labor & Delivery team and a very supportive and caring team at the Women’s health clinic! ♥️ This team supported my birth plan to TOLAC but sometimes best laid plans and dreams just don’t work out for reasons out of our control. This team literally saved my life and every single person on the team clearly loves their job and is fully prepared for when inevitable emergencies happen. They took extremely great care of me and my baby as well as my husband through our scary experience. Thank you so much to Capt Luna, Ms. Duggar, Dr. Chaffin, Dr. Pickenpaugh, and the entire medical staff that supported me through my prenatal, labor, and delivery.

Also, the hospital facilities are top of the line here. I wish I had and could birth all of my babies here.

I'm growing absolutely sick of this hospital after having my PCM here for years. It is nearly impossible to even shcedule a basic appointment or annual physical with anyone and especially my PCM. When calling the main appointment line or Family Medicine directly, there are never any appointments, even as far as a month out. The people on the phone are extremely rude, and even offices such as Member Services don't even answer the phone. They say they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. Our healthcare availability has never been this terrible at this hospital and it is growing increasingly worse. I'm at my wits end and don't even know where to go for health care now.

This “Emergency Room” is an absolute joke. Every single time I come here it is no short of a 3 hour wait. I come in for a simple flu/covid test and I’ve been here for three hours and counting. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure what’s going on at Fairfax Health Center..but customer service has been trending down for last 6-9 Months..today to pick up up Ready For Pickup scripts..you were required to a number..then form a standing line…as I type 20 people “standing” in line…and it’s not moving…I can’t comfortably stand that long…why take a number if they never call it?

    Cardiology clinic review:
They're all friendly when you visit in person, but after that, phone tag with them is an absolute nightmare. They will try to call you for your virtual appointment via any phone number except your own (even after I called them to confirm they had MY number), and then their phone line is a maze of dead-end loops, silence, too busy for a hold so it hangs up on you after 9 minutes of holding if not immediately, or extremely brief windows of availability. How can patients discuss important results or even schedule appointments this way?

    Emergency room :
Check in was rushed she did not listen to everything I was telling her was going on.
BACKROUND : went in for tingling jaw , tight chest , nausea, and shoulder pain

Dr. came in the room and stated it was possible nerve damage in shoulder which I questioned how he came to that conclusion without doing any further evaluation or testing. My husband explained to him my medical history and why it was of concern a ct scan was then performed and muscle relaxant was given. I was discharged and once I got home and reviewed the notes it says I denied certain things in which they did not ask about as well as denied some things in which I told them about.

I feel as though none of the staff effectively listened! The notes also stated I was happy which was subjective and incorrect.
