Josh & Brian did a great job. They arrived on the scheduled day, as agreed on weeks in advance. When an unanticipated issue arose with the replacement of an older, original heatpump the solution was much more than a workaround but resulted in a solution far better than we've lived with for the past 21 years. Josh is a great guy. Definitely knew what he was doing. There was crud in my oil lines and filters. Vacuumed and put a new burner nozzle on. I’m new to the area and got lucky to find a furnace guy I can trust. Especially with a daughter and grandkids living here and me traveling. Ray
I called Josh early one morning, he was on another job that day, but he showed up that afternoon to fix my broken Heat Pump unit. I can not say I was very pleased with how quick he got here and fixed my problem. He showed me what was wrong and replaced it. I will call Josh again if I have any more problems with heating or cooling.
