I was greeted by Jacob, a very experienced diagnostician. He was very thorough and conscientious and had the problem areas fixed in no time. I have heat again. Yay !!! And I would not hesitate to call them again !!!

We recently had a heat pump failure and Pearce was able to get us scheduled quickly; a tech came out and was able to diagnose the likely problem very quickly, give us our options for repair, and then followed up and got us working again promptly. Very skilled, super nice to work with, and the work felt fair.
