I had feared my computer was halfway in the grave. My suspicions were correct. Thomas told me in simple layman’s terms without all the computer jargon. He made suggestions to prolong the life of the computer a little longer before its ultimate demise. His input was much appreciated. Great service.

I highly recommend Franklin Pike Computing. They were able to restore 99.9% of the data that I had stored on my damaged external hard drive!!!! I honestly thought all of the data I had stored on that hard drive was permanently lost, but Franklin Pike Computing proved otherwise. They provided professional and timely service at a very reasonable price.

You know that feeling when you just know that your pc is dying? I knew it was near the end and took it to Thomas for his input. He gently told me it was near death, but he could partially revive it. OR, he could build me a new one. Best decision I ever made. Not only is it super fast, but it was very reasonably priced. Thank you so much for building my new machine. GREAT SERVICE.
