Ryan came by my rental house and solved my problems. We had bats and rats. He took care of the rat problem, pronto, and referred me to a bat specialist (see other reviews). Now I have some bugs at my home and Ryan stopped by today. He was on time, as always, and took care of my issues for a great price. HPS had someone out to my house to eradicate a garden wall yellow jacket nest. The technician answered all my questions and provided quite a bit of additional information over and above. They were prompt and it looks like the first treatment has solved the problem.
