Had an amazing experience. Justin did an awesome job! He tested our AC unit and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything to me. Then he fixed the problem! We are happy and thankful for his politeness and expertise. We are truly enjoying the nice, cool air once again!!! Would definitely recommend.
Shout out to Josh (didn’t see name on list)very personable and quite knowledgeable .Showed him a sound byte of what my a/c unit was doing,and went right to diagnosis mode,found and repaired problem.NOTE:I’ve called blue mountain twice for problems other companies couldn’t fix,and blue mountain took care of them both,it’s the ONLY company that I call
Alijah was great. He gave us cheaper options to try before spending bigger money on their fix. He went above and beyond to check all possible reasons for our drain clog in our basement plumbing. In the end he fixed our problem and spent the time to make sure we were happy with the results.
