Their people are polite and let customers know exactly what they need without trying to upsell unneeded equipment and services. The company has knowledgeable technicians who offer help before coming to homes. They have great communication and are prompt. Country Breeze provides a great experience with polite and professional service, making customers trust them and want to call them again for future needs.
Country Breeze was recommended to us by someone in the commercial heating/cooling business, so we had them install a new zone heating and air system in our home. There was some difficulty getting the correct parts to get it working correctly due to the previous wiring configuration, but they went the extra mile to special order everything that was needed. Their people are all very polite and professional from the top down. They are also extremely honest and let you know exactly what you need without trying to constantly upsell you unneeded equipment and services, like many of the other local companies do. My husband installed a mini split system in the downstairs of our 1935 house we're renovating and we needed the start up procedure done. Mason came out and completed the start up. He was on time, friendly, professional and did a great job. Thank you!
