Estes Roofing LLC
“I recommend Estes Roofing most strongly and will certainly call them again the next time I have any roofing need.
I called on a Monday about a leak around the flashing on an attic dormer window that had rotted out the wood beneath the window and soaked through the ceiling below. The next day, Leonard and Brandon came to inspect the leak. They thoroughly examined all of the areas around the leak before recommending a course of action. Stephanie, Estes’s incredibly helpful business manager, emailed me the quote before the end of the day and answered all of my questions about payment methods promptly and helpfully.
This happened just before I was to leave town for several months with tenants coming to live in the house, but Estes Roofing’s clear (and reassuring) communication and willingness to work with me to meet my needs made me confident that the work would be completed to my satisfaction in my absence. When the work was performed two weeks later, Stephanie kept me up to date throughout the process with emails, texts, and before/during/after photos.
Not only did the Estes family take good care of my house, they also took good care of me throughout this process. Based on my experience, I will call Estes Roofing again for my own house and would recommend their services to everyone.”
