I had a positive experience, I came in to just get help on adjusting my glasses frames because I live two hours away from where I got them. The lady at the counter (I am guessing it was Miss Catherine?) was friendly and was able to help me! I was able to browse the glasses before being helped and I thought they had a lovely selection and variety. Consider giving them a chance and choosing kindness
My experience with this establishment was exceptional! There was no wait time, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. She was very down-to-earth, welcoming, and had such a joyful spirit, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated the quality of service I received and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of an eye exam and glasses!
I was worried about going to this business because of poor reviews however I was treated wonderfully. The optometrist was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The gal at the front was absolutely wonderful she helped me get the most out of my insurance so that I could get both my glasses and contacts covered. I highly recommend
