Called after another company was dragging me along for two days(and trying to drag it out another week)...on a Sunday. I called, left a message, did not expect a call until Monday, but I got a call and my oven fixed on that Sunday. Will certainly keep the info ready, in case any other appliances decide to break at bad times!

Excellant customer service. Tony definitely knows what he is talking about. He knew what was wrong with my drier before he even saw it. And, he was right . He fixed it in about 15 min. I would have paid double what he charged me just to have my drier fixed. Thank you Tony ! You are great.?

Could not be happier with our experience! Tony is super knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had everything on his truck to make the complete repair; no having to wait two weeks to order the part. Tony happily answered all our questions and concerns. USA Appliance Repair has a customer for life, they are an A++ company.
