USA appliance is terrible everyone out there. Please stay away. They set the repair man to my house. If they took my money, they didn't fix anything. And now I can't reach anyone and then they wanna be combative and argue with you, please. This is fair notice to everyone out there. Please stay away from USA it aint worth it, you will lose your money. I hope this helps everyone out there

USA Appliance Repair failed me. Tech recommended new control board for my Whirlpool washer and quoted $300-400. Contacted another tech and all that was acquired was a hard reset. USA Appl tech did not do far enough/took easy way. Does not merit even 1 star and never again will I use USA App Repair.

USA Appliance Repair was chaos from minute one. The phone rep later claimed she’s the owner. She told me there was no service fee and quoted $190 labor to apply my fridge water housing AND just install a vent on the dryer. The tech shows up, doesn’t fix the fridge at all, and suddenly the dryer vent (I already had the parts) is $219.
Then the shake-down: relentless calls demanding instant payment, promising to email an invoice that never arrived (not in spam either), and insisting they only take cash or Zelle. When I said I won’t pay without a written invoice or ANY sort of paperwork receipt, the “owner” threatened to call the police -over a civil billing dispute where I had no invoice to review.
In my opinion, this doesn’t operate like a real local service company. It feels like a remote broker/dispatcher: find a cheap tech, mark up the job 5–6×, then bully for cash/Zelle with no written estimate and no itemized invoice. The “owner” title just made the intimidation worse—zero transparency and all pressure.
Bottom line: Bait-and-switch pricing, cash/Zelle pressure, no paperwork, and police threats. If a company can’t provide a standard estimate + invoice + normal payment options before demanding money, that’s a giant red flag. Never again.

Tony with U.S.A. Appliance Repair in Fredericksburg was outstanding! Fortunately for me, he had a cancellation when I called for service, so he fit me into his tight schedule on the same day, 10/2/2025. He communicated his delay with a previous job so I wasn't left wondering and kept his commitment to keeping my appointment, even when it meant a late evening for him. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tony took the time to explain the problem with my Whirlpool dryer, the required repair, and cost, which I thought was very reasonable. He had the dryer working as good as new on about an hour. Tony even took the time to explain how I needed to clean out the dryer vent with the tool I had already purchased. If you need a reputable, trustworthy, a knowledgeable appliance repairman, who will do right by you, you have to give Tony a call! I will most definitely be a repeat customer! I chose Tony because of his great reviews and am so glad I did!

I don’t recommend, i called them and someone came to me and give me 3 days to back to finsh his job they said the technical bisy and then no answer and finlay his car not working and now after week no one come Not recommended
