Zips cleaners on Columbia Pike has been a convenient location and assist to planning my week. The team has been professional and courteous. Friday the young gentleman carried my over 20 items to the car to help me load. That was super nice and showed quality customer service. My experience at this location has been very pleasant.
My experience with the Zips location on Route 1 Alexandria.... not so much. The clerk wasn't as approachable and courteous. I had a lot of questions because it was my 1st time and I had again over 20 new items I was dropping to be pressed. They ruined my brand new bright white blazer.
