Have been using them for 5+ years. Only had a wrong garment given back once, and tbh given the volume of clothes I bring them that just happens. They are very quick, cheap, and have otherwise always loved the quality of service.

I haven’t been to zips in years. This location is fantastic. Great customer service, clothes clean and no lint and you get your garments back within 24-48 hours. Plus of course you cannot beat the prices! 5 ⭐️’s!!!!

Gave jeans for alteration and they did a good job in $11 which is very reasonable. The stitch at one point is little skewed but otherwise it’s neat. I will definitely go again and also try their dry cleaning.
