Kaiser Permanente is a very good insurance. The medical facilities have everything in one spots. After a doctor's visit, I can go to a lab to do my blood test and go to a pharmacy to get my medicines. If I need to see a specialist, a family doctor can make an appointment in the computer system while I'm visiting. Very convenient and very friendly staff!!

The optician, Eric, was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He listened to my needs and desires. Even though I had explored the available frames, he offered to look and selected a few which he thought might work. Ultimately I decided on one that he picked out that would fit my lenses well. So he has a good eye. He also pointed out a consideration for how the progressive lenses would fit in the frame to offer maximum views for distance and driving and reading. I was very pleased with his service and attentiveness.

Both my son and I go out of our way to see our favorite eye doctor who has been with kaiser for 13 years. John the person who helped me pick my glasses, gave me great advice and explained all the ins and outs with no sales pressure. The team made it the best experience possible for me
