Called for urgent appliance repair. They didn’t show up two days in a row. No show on day 1 but called to say they would come the next morning. They didn’t. Didn’t show up nor call nor respond to my texts or calls asking for an ETA. I would avoid this outfit as they are unreliable and don’t keep their word, in my opinion.
PostScript: after I posted the review, they called, apologized, and offered to come out. Raising from 1 star to 3.
Second PostScript: they came out on a new date, were on time, and quickly and professionally fixed the appliance. Raising from 3 stars to 4.
Virginia Appliance Repair, LLC provided superior service. Their techician was prompt and knowledgeable; he diagnosed our problem and identified a solution. He was able to complete the work quickly. We made our appointment online which was easy.
Scheduling was easy and efficient with fast communication via text on confirmation, arrival and work completed. The technician communicated throughout the assessment and repair. I appreciated the professionalism from the entire team. Would definitely recommend in the future.
