Was desperately searching for my fav CnC Gel color that the new salon I'm going to did not carry. I found Maxim online, they had it and they ship. The young lady I spoke with was very nice and I received my order quickly. Very happy with them and will def order from them again!

My experience w/Maxim Nail Supply was not the greatest but an experience. I will not shun them for their lack of courtesy and lack of customer service skills. They have none. Go for the purpose of getting what you are looking for.

The customer service here is extremely poor. I walked into a very busy and disorganized store today only to be shouted "GO" at, while being shooed out the front door. The man pointed to a box of gloves outside the front door, and without saying anything turned around and walked inside the store. This immediately put a sour taste in my mouth, and I knew this was an establishment I did not want to spend my money at. This store doesn't offer much at all, and prices are not found anywhere. I bought two nail polishes and was told 9$ only for the lady to come back to me saying the price is actually 12$. It seems to me they make up prices depending on the item and who's buying....read full review
