I love Palm Beach Tan. I've been a member for many years and I'm just now seeing these negative reviews. I don't know why. I guess anyone can have a bad experience but generally this location is on top of it. I was once turned away 20 minutes before closing (because the teenager was ready to go home) and I sent an email to the store and the district manager contacted me immediately and resolved it. Great customer service. Also, the Sunscape provides a fantastic spray tan! It looks incredibly natural. People often ask me if I've been laying on a beach! Anyway, don't hesitate to go here. It's a great product, great staff, and parking is super easy.
I’ve been a client here for many years and think as far as tanning, it’s the best. There’s ALWAYS a wait which can only mean good things? I walked in yesterday and was greeted by Suzanne with the friendliest smile ? she looked me up and took the extra time to make sure the bed I was going into was in perfect shape.
I don’t plan on letting my membership go anytime soon.. I mean it’s summer and I’m tanning ? maybe it’s just that good ?
