I found their price to be the most competitive for my single family home. A crew of three cleaners comes every other week and they are thorough and relatively speedy too. Our cleaners are Spanish speakers, and one also speaks really good English which makes it easy for us to all communicate. They also have a manager, Julia, who is very accommodating and responsive via phone and text. They accept cash, check, and credit card which is nice because some other businesses are cash only (which bugs me).
