We LOVE Dr. Jones and both of our children have had rounds of braces. Professional staff and very clean. However, Every single interaction with the receptionist has been negative. She's often on her phone, texting or playing a game or checking her socials. She is abrupt and not friendly, whatsoever. It's a shame, too, because we love the practice!

So I rarely post reviews...my son just had his last appointment. I will say his teeth are beautiful and I never had a problem with Dr. Jones or any the the technicians in the 3 years we went. However, the office staff is so rude. I won't say names but, particularly S. And G. I literally would get anxiety each time we went and had to make follow up appointments. Front desk people just seem so miserable every time we went in. There were a few nice ones here and there I guess. Today was the icing on the cake when I called to ask a simple question about the rewards program and G. Said to call the number on the back of the card. This practice is run like a well oiled machine. It’s very efficient; you’re in and out quickly and the service providers are great with kids. Our last technician, Ana Marie, was so kind to my child the last time that I just had to write this review to say thanks.
