Merrifield Orthodontics is a professional practice with a clean and efficient environment. The staff, including Dr. Jones and the technicians, provide great service and are excellent with kids. The practice has delivered successful results, with beautiful teeth transformations. However, some clients have experienced negative interactions with the receptionist and office staff, who can be abrupt, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Despite this, the practice has its shining stars, such as technician Ana Marie, who have provided exceptional care and kindness. Overall, Merrifield Orthodontics is a well-run practice with skilled professionals, but may benefit from improving its front desk staff's customer service skills.
We love Dr. Jones and her staff. She has treated me as an adult (clear aligners via Spark) and is now treating my children (expanders and traditional braces). I recommend her for orthodontics for adults and children! Her staff is great. The billing department is knowledgeable and professional, and the front desk is always helpful.
Dr. Jones is awesome, both of my kids had braces with her and they both have had amazing results. She and the entire staff are great with kids, and polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that needs to get orthodontic work.
