Took my mom to do her nails for birthday. Wow I didnt know how long it would take but it was WORTH IT! To see the smile on my mom's face when she was done in the end. The tech who did her nails, did an amazing job. Going to recommend to everyone I know to go here. Thank you guys for your hard work! You guys did an amazing job!
update: i was able to speak with the manager who was very apologetic and tried to correct the mistake her employee made. I appreciate her listening and allowing me to express my disappointment.
Extremely disappointed with my experience, i called in advance for an acrylic full set and a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was nice but I specifically asked for a square shape and she proceeded to file my nails round. I had to ask her twice to polish my entire nail because she was leaving a gap for whatever reason. I’ve lived around the area for years and this is the first time I decided to try Mavana Nails and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Diamond was very sweet and took her time and very professional with her work. I walked in there with previous gel x nails job that I was not satisfied with from a place I went to 2 weeks ago and all I did was show her a picture and had them cut down to the shape I really wanted and she delivered and left them natural and beautiful looking.
