Grainger Industrial Supply

Yes, Exceptional Customer services. I didn't catch the young man's name... Very humble, I spent not more than 3 minutes when I returned an item to the store. Thank you *Falls Church*

Grainger has become my absolute go-to for all things industrial and supply-related, and I honestly can't imagine running our operation without them. Whether I need a specific bolt, a piece of safety equipment, electrical components, or something completely obscure that I've never been able to find anywhere else — Grainger has it. Their inventory is nothing short of incredible.

What really sets them apart, though, is the staff. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by knowledgeable team members who actually want to help. They don't just point you to an aisle — they walk you through options, make sure you're getting exactly what you need, and save you from costly mistakes.… read full review

My experience with Granger was as satisfying as their commercials depictions of people in need of parts. My DeWalt power washer pull cord broke today so I went to our local Granger store and picked up a brand new replacement part in 2 minutes. Their employees are friendly and professional. I will go back.
