A few days later, I noticed something unusual—the cars still looked stunning. I had thought on the day that they were washed, they looked even more shiny
than ever before when they had just been washed? They had an incredible shine that I couldn’t stop admiring. I reached out to Alfonzo just yesterday, and asked him if he had done something different. Only then did he tell me that he had applied a silicone treatment to all three vehicles after washing them. He never mentioned it at the time and didn’t try to charge extra or upsell me. He simply wanted the cars to look their absolute best.

I’ve had my vehicles washed at my home for many years, and I can honestly say that no one comes close to Alfonzo. His work ethic, attention to detail, fairness, integrity, and character are second to none. In all my years using mobile car wash services, I have never seen results like this.

However, it all eventually worked out. Josh even went as far as replacing the rear glass when the defroster was affected from attempting to fix the ladder effect.
