As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted. The people at the desk were so knowledgeable and clear about what to expect on insurance coverage. Amazing.
Then I am introduced to Taylor B. She sensed I was nervous so carefully explained how we work together, answered my questions and guided me through each exercise noting how and why it would help me.

I struck gold with Bodies In Motion - Falls Church! Mike (the owner) runs a great shop, is a great therapist, and has a great team. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Chris Carmichael (PT, DPT, SFMA)! I had successful rotator cuff surgery, but due to my innate inflexibility and perhaps some extra scar tissue -- my progress was slow (but steady). My surgeon (months later) said I might be that rare patient who needs to have shoulder manipulation under anesthesia. Ugh! Scary! No! Chris applied the greatest expertise, techniques, and strategic patience (along with great conversations about cycling, paddling, raising kids) in leading me through months of steady recovery....read full review
The team is great, working with Jenny, who’s fantastic, she cares about your issues and helps you understand how you need to strengthen your muscles to help. I’ve had good days and bad days as I walk in, but I’m always feeling physically and mentally better as I leave (let’s face it, there’s a mental issue to PT).
The front desk team is also great and when I come in the greet me by name and help me schedule any future appointments so they work well for me, I feel that I’m not just another appointment coming in, but instead I’m “Phil”.
