Their kindness inspired me to pay it forward. On my way home, I came across a couple with a flat tire. I had a manual air pump in my car and was able to help them out. Seeing their gratitude made my Friday even better!
My service advisor was Kwan Chon, who has many years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance. Kwan was pleasant to me the first time that I called. He understood the part that I needed replaced and knew where to obtain it. He set a convenient appointment for me to stop by for service. When I arrived, I noticed that the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The competing Toyota dealerships told me that it would take one hour of work to remove the old part and install the the new part. Right when you walk through doors you realize how professional the shop really is! Personal atmosphere. Free coffee! Watch your favorite tv show. I just don’t want to go home. Great place!
