I have actually had an AMAZING experience up until today. Whatever you do, avoid seeing Erika Thomas, FNP. She is the absolute worse, extremely unprofessional and scared to actually do her job (maybe she should try a different field). If I could leave 2 separate reviews I would 5 star for Dr. Milani and Amrita Rampertaap. But Erika provided the WORST experience I have had in years!!!!!!!!!!!

0 star.The Virginia family medicine has the audacity to deny the care (without informing me the phone or at front desk to do at home covid test if am sick) and then send a claim to my insurance and send me bill to pay for the visit which was never established . BRAVO.....I booked a sick visit appt online in early december. Called the office to confirm and let them know that am sick with fever and cough. The front desk said . we will see you.Showed up at the appt, told the front desk am here for the sick visit.nurse called me in and checked my fever and said please wait for the doctor.The doctor showed up and said I CANNOT SEE YOU, DID YOU DO A COVID TEST AT HOME. I set an appointment for my wife for Jan 4 when I went there in cold weather the receptionist was told you don’t have appointment for today she said the appointment is for Jan 10 she there must be miscommunication then I tell her that is there any appointments for Saturday for Tyson’s she said no we don’t have any for coming Saturday then I called the customer service after 5 minutes and I got appointment for this coming Saturday the receptionist was trying to be racist she said there is no appointment for Saturday but when I called they said yes there’s appointment for Saturday so disrespectful recipients in Fairfax branch and so disappointed date 01/04/2024...read full review
