Carolyn Turpin was kind of short, dismissive and unhelpful and sent me to specialty providers that turned out to be a waste of time. I didn't want to go back and wanted a new provider so I scheduled with Nguyen Vu for my first virtual appointment ever (absolutely terrible, will NEVER do again) and she didn't even have the decency to answer her video calls in a private office. I swore she was running daycare because you could hear her kids running around and screaming but she assured me they were under the age of 5 so I didn't have to have any concerns. I've had several of the physicians work with me once before. They're really helpful and know what they're doing. They even have been extra helpful when it came to my other specialists such as my dermatologist.
Today I had to call the scheduling line to reschedule an appointment. I got Brittany who was so quick, and thoughtful. She offered another provider to get me in sooner and quickly accommodated my need. Her customer service skills are top notch! Thank you Brittany!
