Service Cart has always come through for me if there was an issue. They also responded with sending out someone the day my issues occured. They are polite, prompt, and reasonably priced. I couldn't recommend them enough. My tech was Ahmed and he communicated the problems going on clearly and was professional and friendly. He completely the job in a timely fashion and explained what was going on. I had a leak and a control panel issue. Again, I couldn't recommend them enough for any of your AC/Heating needs.

Service Cart is professional and customer oriented. This company turned a bad situation with my previous HVAC company around into a positive experience. I had to replace my third compressor in approximately 11 years in the middle of a heatwave. The last compressor only lasted four years of which the air conditioner went unused for two summers. Mr. Siavash (Sai) Salehi (owner) explained my options in detail to allow me to make an informed decision without ever trying to up-sale the more expensive option. I decided to go with the more expensive option based on his explanation for longevity of the system. The system is now running great after ten days in 88-100... read full review
