Although another HVAC company had told us 3 days maximum to wait to get a new fan motor to service our A/C, we had been waiting a week. We had been blessed with good weather, but the VA heat was coming so I decided to call around and see if I could find someone who would work harder to find the part more quickly. Ali at Service Cart was the person for the job! I explained my situation, and told him that I was only interested in hiring if he could get the part and install it the next day. I’ve been using ServiceCart for the yearly condo inspection and had them install a new HVAC last year. The install went smoothly, only took a few hours, and I’ve had no issues with it since! I’ve recommended this business to friends as well.
Sai & Ahmad were very attentive and explained everything that was wrong and also explained how everything works and why. They were very patient and thorough. I highly recommend them and Servicr Cart if you are in need of HVAC help!!
