Tanya was so patient to help me get the foundation sample I wanted to try- she also helped me find the best lighting in the store! I've always had a great experience at this Sephora- everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Today, I brought my Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2.0, which had an issue, to the Sephora Mosaic VA location. The cashier was very helpful, and especially the manager, Ada (I'm not completely sure if I spelled her name correctly). She helped me resolve the problem with great care and attention. I feel very grateful and truly appreciate her assistance today. She was even able to get my Dyson Airwrap working again without needing to replace or return it.

Emily was GREAT! She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about the products. Instead of stopping at the first item, she continuously helped us look for everything we needed. She was easy to talk to and personable.
