Since I Have at Willow oaks, Fairfax va, I am extremely satisfied with the facility as well as customer service . These 5 stars should go Ms Grace who has helped me beyond expectation. I will keep on going to this location and no where else .
I was having an incredibly challenging day and found myself struggling to make it from Tyson’s Corner to my Stafford Regus office in time to see my patients. Already overwhelmed and stressed, I decided to call the Willow Oaks location to ask for assistance in securing a space where I could see my virtual patients.
Grace answered the phone with such kindness and understanding that I immediately felt a sense of relief. She patiently listened to my concerns, completed the booking over the phone, and provided clear directions to the location. Update: I wrote the review below about a half a year ago and I’m pleased to report that I feel the same.The staff has been consistently great, keeping everything clean and organized with a familial feel. There are often baked goods people bring in for the office and say hi in the hallways. There are other Rejus locations in the area, but *by far* this one is the best.——-Cannot begin to say how happy I am here.
