I’ve always had a great experience with all of the NPs and doctors at Prima Medicine. They’re thorough, kind, and efficient. I love that I can access all of my records online, and practitioners leave detailed notes of the visit in a timely manner. The urgent care is also conveniently located downstairs and is equipped to handle many types of tests and exams. They have modern, clean facilities and usually short wait times. I’ve been recommending this group of healthcare professionals to my family and friends.

Going to the doctor is a chore. It sure helps when the staff is so awesome and caring. From the moment you arrive until you leave, the experience was great. They explained everything that was wrong and treated me with respect. Thank you, Michelle, Charlie, and Jill. Keep up the good work. I feel better already.

In general, I shudder at the thought of going to Urgent Care or ER... and we had to go to one this morning. Prima Urgent Care is the epitome of how Urgent Care should be. The front desk, PAs and billing personnel were all infinitely patient with our out-of state-insurance. They went over our insurance and explained options. The service was top notch. It was good to have a reasonable self-pay option. The waiting area was very pleasant too. Folks here are competent, helpful and genuinely caring. If we ever have to go back to one, this is the place!
