I have been to Prima Urgent Care in Fairfax several times for severe migraines that cause repeated vomiting and I have always received excellent care. The wait times have been short and the staff is efficient and compassionate.
I’ve seen Dr. Susane Njomo, who is very kind and genuinely cares about helping her patients feel better. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout my visits. The medical assistants are also caring and attentive. Came on a Saturday morning with a few different concerns. The nurses and Dr. Rao tested and evaluated me with care. I was in and out in 40 min. I would definitely come back for urgent matters.
Visited Prima Medicine for my mom who was visiting here. The front office was extremely helpful and made her feel comfortable. NP Susane saw her, and took care of viral infection!
Definitely recommend!
