OSA prides itself on maintaining high standards in its curricula and high expectations of each student since 1973. Individuals learn at one’s ability level and continue to progress at one’s pace. Students will gain confidence, achieve their goals, improve focus, and much more. At OSA your health will improve and you will have a proficient teacher that can address both the mental and physical parts of training. We have had 76 year old women, quadriplegic's, students with Downs Syndrome, and the blind. All have learned and gained from training at OSA.
