“My husband and I found Dr. Sharara after going through secondary infertility and experiencing two miscarriages. When we got to our first consultation, we were hopeful he could one day give us the gift of that second baby we were longing for, and we were instantly reassured about it. Dr. Sharara took the time to listen to and understand our fertility journey, and explained thoroughly what the next steps would look like for us. He was confident but also realistic about what the possible different scenarios could look like. He was extremely thorough, kind, and compassionate. After some tests and an unsuccessful IUI, we moved on to IVF. The process was stressful, but Dr. Sharara and his wonderful team of nurses and administrative staff made the whole thing so much better. They were always willing to lend a helping hand or a hug, and I was always greeted by name and with a smile when I walked into the clinic. Also, I never had to wait for more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen, which says a lot about their commitment to patients. I never felt like a number at VRCM, and everybody was wonderfully supportive. I definitely shed a tear (or two) when I “graduated” from the clinic. I am now 36 weeks pregnant with my baby boy and so glad I chose VRCM to help my little family grow.“

“I have had the best experience at this practice. The entire staff is wonderful from reception, nurse to doctors. Dr. Vemuri was my initial doctor she was thorough and patient trying to find every alternative before surgery. A hysterectomy however, was inevitable. Dr. Kim became my doctor and surgeon. “I absolutely love Dr. Adams and wholeheartedly recommend her! Overall I’ve had a good prenatal experience, although it can feel a little in and out and not super personalized at times, but prenatal appointments are typically short and sweet anyway. But Dr. Adams never makes me feel rushed and always triple checks that I don’t have any concerns. She’s wonderful!

UPDATE: We welcomed our little guy early and safely due to the team’s awesome care. Dr. Adam’s was proactive about watching my borderline blood pressure, and when it skyrocketed, it was so easy to walk down the hall to L&D triage for further evaluation, and ultimately delivery. Dr. Prather was on call for deliveries, and she did an amazing job explaining everything and handling the roller coaster my body decided to embark on. While it wasn’t the delivery of anyone’s dreams at no one’s fault except my body’s, Dr. Prather was fantastic. She also came to debrief about everything while I was still in the hospital which was so helpful and appreciated! We’re so thankful for the fabulous care.

I will admit that seeing Dr. Borrelli wasn’t my favorite. One visit I was late so it was rushed and that’s entirely on me, but the second time I saw her it was still just as quick in and out as the first time I saw her. I only had two visits with her, and in the future I plan to stick with Dr. Adams or Dr. Prather“

“Best OBGYN practice I have EVER been to…the entire staff from front desk to medical assistants and NP’s are all amazing. They all make you feel at home, always have a smile on their face and are very professional; BUT what made my experience here exceptional is the team of doctors that I got to work with…HONESTLY the most caring, professional, knowledgeable and down to earth group of doctors I have ever gotten a chance to work with. I had a very difficult delivery and was hospitalized for a while antepartum and it was amazing how Dr. Hashemi, Dr. Meriman, Dr. Shustarovic and Dr. Diamond, all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of day in and day out. They kept an eye on not just my physical wellbeing but also on my emotional wellbeing, they rounded on me multiple times a day and took their time to talk with me to make sure all is well (since I was in a very tough place and had to be hospitalized). They are so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I trust them with my life and my baby’s life over and over again. They delivered my little girl safely in an emergency and I am forever grateful to them. The amazing Dr. Shustarovic was on call for my delivery (which. Was on a Sunday) but Dr. Hashemi went out of her way and dropped everything she had to do on a weekend to be able to attend my delivery as well (I’m at a loss of words for how to thank her for that). Dr. Hashemi is so amazing and such an inspiration, she is so smart, funny, kind and professional and care so deeply about her patients. She makes you feel like family and makes the best of every situation. She is a TOP NOTCH OBGYN and my go to doc for all my future pregnancies/deliveries.
