Just got a system installed at start of winter. Love it. Company is well organized. The owner was easy to talk to and I interfaced a lot with his son who was incredibly knowledgeable. Who team was very professional and took pride in doing things correctly. When replacing the existing heat pump the changed the layout slightly to make it easier for me to do maintenance. If you are thinking about Geothermal, highly recommend these guys.
What an amazingly pleasant experience it is to deal with NA GeoThermal! They responded to my request for service on a Sunday and would have come the next day. Curtis and Alex truly know what they are doing. My three air conditioning issues were all resolved efficiently and everything is working great in this scorching weather. After trying four different companies for my geothermal needs over the 14 years I have been in this house, NA GeoThermal have proven to be the only ones who can make everything work beautifully. Plus, dealing with the office as well as the technicians is a joy!
We have had five years of very good experience with our Waterfurnance unit and ground loop installed by North American GeoThermal. Occasionally our unit would go off line due to electrical storms so last year we had North American install the Intellistart component to forestall this from happening. This past year, the unit operated flawlessly. We travelled over Labor Day weekend - my wife noted that our home system is so much quieter and better than the hotel room units that were noisy, very drafty, and fluctuated widely between cold and hot.Service: A/C services
