Nail Palace

I did acrylics one time because one of my nails needed to grow back. After about 3 weeks, I came to this place for removal of the nails. The tech was rude but took them off while simultaneously destroying my nails. She drilled down into my nail bed. It’s going on three months now and my usual strong, long nails are still recovering. They’re short and weak due to the damage done. Thankfully, I see some improvement, but I would never go back and I don’t recommend this salon. Why is the health of nails no concern to the nail techs?! It’s almost like she wanted to maim mine because she was impatient and drilled excessively.

Got my gel manicure, it was bad after 5 days. Came to get it fix, but the lady was busy. Another lady was kind enough to start helping me with the removal. Ibuprofen she had an appointment, a third lady finished the removal after 45 minutes, and then told me, you paid no money so that’s it.
lol.

I paid $45 to have a bad gel manicure for 7 days! You tell me if it worthy

the people are nice but not very sanitary. I had gotten a gel pedicure and was disgusted the whole time. they didn't put a cover over the bowl. the tech had me walk across the floor barefoot and when she did give shoes, she gave a used pair. i didn't feel like she used anything new.
