I needed advice on mailing records. The salesperson sold me the shipping boxes but also took the time to show me how to assemble them. I returned later and he showed me how to load the records and finished one box for me. I am not a regular customer but he went the extra mile to help. Customer service here is amazing.

Not a huge selection of used vinyl, but what they have is usually good stuff. The new record and repress selection is massive! They also do a record flattening service, which saved my Velvet Underground promo!

I love all of my visits to Mobius. There is an incredible selection of records at different price points and the staff is always kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone visiting the NOVA area looking for a great local record shop to make a visit here.
