I used Michelangelo Enterprises for the first time to clean my carpet on Monday, November 4th. I WILL ONLY BE USING MICHELANGELO ENTERPRISES FROM NOW ON! They were so professional from start to finish. I called to schedule my appointment and they quoted a fair price. They let me know in advance that I was out of their "local" area, but were willing to clean my carpet for an out of the area service fee. I had no problem paying that additional fee because of all of the great reviews that I read about their work that included before and after photos. I knew that I needed a professional because I had a couple of high traffic problem areas. They also emailed me an initial scheduling confirmation and a follow-up prior to my appointment. The Technician came out-- I think his name was Micheal— (my apologies for not remembering your name) and he was the BEST! He let me know in advance that he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very neat in his appearance, arrived in a company vehicle, mindful of his equipment as he worked in my home, gave me some tips specific to the problem areas of my carpet that would help with future cleanings and emailed me my receipt upon his departure. The company is a family owned business and it is obvious that they take great pride in their work and are extremely carpet knowledgeable. Oh, and they don't try to up charge you with additional services-- for example-- heavy soil pricing, scotch guard etc. People who regular clean their carpets and have used as many companies as I have know exactly what I mean. Michelangelo come out, evaluate your carpet and set your expectations appropriately. They just simply clean your carpet to the best of their ability. They were able to address all of my problem areas. However-- I don't want anyone to expect miracles. They do a great job, but you have to take care of your carpet as well. Phenomenal job galore with all I had done. TOTALLY looked as if I had new carpets installed instead of just cleaned. Won't even think twice about who does my carpets from now on. You won't ever be disappointed with the service you get from Angelo/staff. Thanks,Angelo for truly delivering FABULOUS outcome when I needed it the most!!!
