I don’t know what these bad reviews are on about, my massage with Tory (hoping I spelled that right) was phenomenal and the best I’ve ever had. Connor at the front desk was also incredibly helpful.

I'm usually a regular H&S customer out of Virginia Beach. However, while recently on a business trip to Northern Virginia, I was in the need for some deep tissue massage treatment. Couple things to highlight: 1.) I had accidentally gone to the wrong location "on time" and to head to the correct location would have cut my treatment time in half. Linda, my assigned therapist, allowed me to adjust the time to fully accommodate me for the originally scheduled 1-hour session upon arrival to the correct location. 2.) Once the treatment started, Linda performed the best deep tissue treatment I have ever received, regardless of whether it was another H&S location or a competitor....read full review

This place was nicely decorated. The massage therapist was running late but she was kind to let me know she was a bit behind but is going to make sure I get the entire time I paid for. The massage itself was ok, nothing wow but she was nice and attentive. The oil used was not good quality and didn't smell good.. They had water bottles for sale in the waiting area which I thought was odd. Every massage I had, I was offered water as it is important to hydrate after a massage. It wasn't terribe but I would not go back.
