Let me start by stating I am very particular about my hair; I’d rather go without a cut & wear it in a ponytail than get a botched cut that takes months to grow out. This was my first visit to Mara & I had very high expectations. Needless to say - it was a 5-star experience & I received a 5-star cut.
My stylist, Maria, was awesome. She totally understood where I was coming from & made me feel comfortable. Needless to say, I had no worries that I was going to love my haircut.
I had my first apointment here with Yamil today and seriously cannot recommend the experience enough. I knew I wanted a unique short cut but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted that to look like, so we went slowly, and Yamil listened to me the whole way. I came out with a new favorite haircut, maybe the best I've ever had in my LIFE! On top of that, every person I talked to was incredibly sweet. (Also, the inside is decorated really cool, which was a bonus for me.) A fantastic experience!
Good friend of mine recommended Jules! It was easy to book a consult and then my hair appt for another day. Love the salon and everyone I had an encounter with was friendly. Jules actively listened to what I wanted done and exceeded my expectations. She was easy to talk to also which I genuinely appreciate! Really happy with how my hair turned out! Highly recommend
