Life Time Fairfax offers a versatile experience that goes beyond a traditional gym. The facility features an extensive fitness floor, studio classes, basketball courts, and an indoor pool. Members can choose from unlimited group training and individualized attention with a Signature Membership. The gym offers a variety of workout options, including pickleball courts, massage rooms, and Pilates. Recent renovations have improved the showers, adding to the positive experience. However, some users note that the family bathroom can be inconvenient and crowded. Staff members are praised for their friendliness and professionalism. The childcare services are fantastic, with kids enjoying swimming lessons that come free for one month when they sign up. Some users may find the weight area busy and social, but the atmosphere and amenities are well-regarded, making it a great club for all types of needs.
It’s a great location for a workout, and I usually enjoy using the sauna afterward to relax. However, the eucalyptus level in the sauna has been extremely high during my recent visits. Other members even joked that toothpaste wasn’t needed - just open your mouth for fresh breath. Some commented that it made their lips burn.
Each time I’ve gone, the eucalyptus concentration has been unusually strong. On my last visit, the steam wouldn’t activate unless I repeatedly stepped outside to press the button. It would turn on briefly, then stop, causing the room to become cold.

I usually go as a guest and a blonde girl at the reception does her best to prevent you from entering and if you do manage to enter she looks at you as if you were a homeless person, But the classes that Lifetime Fairfax teaches are amazing
