Ryan (not sure I spelled that correctly) is amazing. She is incredibly sweet, SO funny, and very empathetic. She takes the time to explain every single thing that she does. The issue I have with this place is that they always double book appointments and I wind up waiting 15-20 minutes after my appointment time. I asked them to stop doing that, we'll see what happens The other issue that I have is the female who appears to be an office manager. She calls everyone "my love". *FIVE STARS RATING ONLY BECAUSE OF PAM*I have had my own negative experiences with the company itself (Ideal Image) and can probably write up an article about their ill structured business and how they’re all about selling services with false claims. I say that to say that I have over 20 years of experience in the skincare industry as a customer of such services due to severe cystic acne since age 14 and low self-esteem.However, it is not fair to the professional providing the services as the one I’ve been going to, Pam, has been nothing but a great experienced and knowledgeable expert who knows how to take care of the customers.She explains the process and answers... read full review

What an exceptional experience! I’ve been an Ideal Image client for 4 years (time flies!) and Pam has been my professional practitioner since Day 1! She’s got the best bedside manner, is beyond skilled in her trade and just a beautiful being all around. The front desk team were also fantastic and took the time to answer all my questions about the Fairfax location ( I usually got to Bethesda and before that Anne Arundel ). Thanks II for the multi-year satisfactory with my lifetime membership ☺️
