Horizons is one of the best places I have ever worked. The owners, management team, therapist, fellow nurses, intake crew and schedulers are all top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable home health agency to work for.
We had a truly excellent experience with Horizons Home Health. From the very beginning, their team was professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. The skilled nursing care was attentive and thorough, with nurses who genuinely cared about both comfort and healing. The physical therapy team was fantastic—patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable, helping to restore mobility and confidence step by step. We were especially impressed with the speech therapy services, which were tailored, effective, and delivered with great empathy.

I have only good things to say about this company. They were prompt and very friendly. Suzette Tiangco was our in home nurse for my father. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this service
