After a bad experience at a different H&R Block location, my tax return was transferred to Marilyn at this location. Marilyn took the time to review my entire return, and then she quickly corrected the mistakes and got it filed on time. In addition to being supremely competent, Marilyn is also a clear communicator and a very kind person. Thank you for your help, Marilyn!
Their staff is very professional and courteous. Not a fan at all of these trendy DIY tax schemes. Let someone with history and know-how do it for you. Go with Block, and ask for Ferlynn if you go to this location.
The preparers have always been well informed, friendly, and personable. They have made the process as easy as can be. The office on Main St in Fairfax Va, is full of great employees!!
