My computer was failing in all sorts of strange ways over a period of days. Cristian helped me through quite a lengthy process of diagnosis through resetting the computer to new factory status. He is impressively knowledgeable, very professional and friendly, and extremely patient. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to him enough. Excellent work and excellent to work with.
