About A.T. Augusta Ambulatory Care Center-Fairfax
Fairfax Tricare Health Center (Clinic) is a healthcare provider that offers a mix of experiences for its patients. The urgent care doctors are praised for their great care, but there have been issues with a rude and dismissive nurse during triage. The pharmacy, in particular, has received criticism for its strict policies and procedures, which some patients find frustrating and unnecessary. However, one new patient expressed being thoroughly pleased with the service and outstanding communication efforts at the facility, especially for old retirees. Overall, the clinic seems to provide a range of experiences, with both positive and negative reviews from its diverse patient base.

There's like 2 docs here that seem to have any idea what's going on or have any bedside manne at all. The pharmacy wait times are absurd. I'm never not leaving frustrated
This was my third experience at the health center, and I have nothing negative to say about it. The staff is extremely friendly, and Dr. Nair treated me very courteously and provided me with detailed and competent care. Wait time for blood work was short. The wait time at the pharmacy takes longer pretty packed place, but you have the option of picking up your order the next day, which was very quick.
