Erickson promptly responded to a request for a quote and arrived on time, reviewed my requests, and provided a fair estimate. Unfortunately they booked weeks from our original consultation, and one week before the job told me they were postponing as a result of recent inclement weather that pushed back other jobs. Since I scheduled a date and not an arbitrary place in Erickson's queue, I declined an undefined date "after Thanksgiving" and elected to post this review with a warning: if you schedule service weeks in advance, bad weather is an inevitability.
