I wish NO stars was an option. I bought this as a gift for my two best girlfriends to go in and get massages. They tried for months to reach her but she didn’t respond until I requested my money back. Then she lied about being unreachable. Only one friend went in with the idea that the other would follow later. The experience was nothing short of horrifying. Victoria Troy will be reported to the licensing board and the health department. The table and sheets used are stained and disgusting, the room is filthy, she throws a (wet, stained) towel over your body instead of actually massaging, so she can do other tasks like using the bathroom and taking out the trash literally...read full review

The table and sheets used are stained and disgusting, the room is filthy, she throws a hot (stained) towel over your body instead of actually massaging, so she can do other tasks like using the bathroom and taking out the trash during your appointment. Her "gastrointestinal issues" during the appointment made the room smell like a bus stop bathroom. Beware if you purchase a number of massages in person from Victoria Troy. I made the mistake of doing this. There was no time limit or deadline for use. I do admit that I did string it out due to a lot of travel, a cancer scare and etc. In the beginning, I came to her apartment. She then moved and rather than having me come to her, she took away a few sessions to travel to my house. I would have rather been able to come to her to not lose any sessions.
