We had been trying to get our roof replaced for months; several contractors quoted us and then just disappeared. I contacted Nathan and had a new roof within two weeks; just two days for the full installation. It was not only quick and well done, but the price was the best of all our quotes and Nathan's workers were also really kind.
Creative Contractors expertly guided the entire insurance process from start to finish. They personally met with the adjuster, thoroughly documented all storm damages, and ensured everything was properly approved. Even the insurance adjuster commented on their professionalism and knowledge of the process.
The repair and replacement work has been completed successfully and to our complete satisfaction. In an industry where many contractors either lack proper expertise or focus solely on profit, Creative Contractors made what could have been a stressful insurance claim process smooth and straightforward, delivering excellent results.

Overall great experience from start to finish! My roof had SIGNIFICANT damage after a hail storm in Richmond, VA. Mike Mode worked his butt off and helped navigate a tough insurance company to get me my new roof. They did great work, were timely and transparent. I would highly recommend! #5stars
