Sometimes about something, or a place, or a good person, it might be said, “They don’t make ‘em like that anymore.” This is one of those. I took my mower in for warranty repair. The well seasoned man behind the counter, came out and opened the door to see if I needed help unloading the mower, which he immediately moved to provide. He wheeled it in, and took time to listen to my description of symptoms. A few days later, I received an email notice the unit was ready for pickup. I brought my 10 year old John Deere tractor in for a couple of repairs that I couldn't do at home. My drive belt was loose and needed to be replaced, and my throttle cable broken. Also I needed new inner tubes and all four tires. Not only did they do the work quickly, but also power washed the tractor and sharpened the blades at no additional cost. This is the only place I'll ever take my equipment. My tractor looks and runs like new, my only wish is that I had brought it in sooner. Highly recommend!

Great place for lawn equipment and part purchase and lawn equipment repair. Equipment repair turnaround was long (fewweeks) but store staff looked at my lawn mower and gave suggestions to maintain it till the end of the season. Will definitely bring back mower for maintenance in the fall.
