They are INCREDIBLY responsive, helpful, organized, detailed, professional and efficient - I have only good things to say! I used the Bolger Law Firm for a short-notice signing for paperwork for a real estate transaction, to be signed in-person by my mother in Virginia. To make it more interesting, I was coordinating for my mom remotely from another state. The team made the entire process SO SMOOTH & EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. Before the signing, the team sent a very detailed email outlining the signing procedure and the safety procedures, so we knew exactly what to expect. It was so detailed, even down to the nitty-gritty detail of “you will enter the office and go up the stairs to the 2nd floor” - which was really helpful for me to share with my mom since she was going to an office that she had never been before. The signing was done completely remotely, and the team went above and beyond the safety guidelines, making my mom feel very safe and comfortable throughout the process. The team then scanned and mailed the physical documents to me and I was pleasantly surprised that the documents were split into neat “bundles” and each bundle was labeled with what needed to be signed next, what bundle needed to be notarized, etc. After the signing was over, I had an ad-hoc question about the paperwork and I called the team. They were more than happy to help provide a professional, expert point of view, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you again to the Bolger Law Firm team for your organization, efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend the team and would use their service again.
