What a wonderful place! If you like old-fashioned service and a quality, customized product, this is the place to go. I wanted a foam mattress and they gave me pieces of foam of different firmness to lie on--until I found the right one. They have a huge selection of foam and will cut it exactly to your specifications--and they made a mattress cover, too. They don't do only mattresses, but foam for upholstery and other purposes. Dylan, who seems to run the place all alone, knows what he's doing and can give you great advice. He is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Another local upholsterer who was overwhelmed with orders recommended American Foam when we needed our couch cushions re-stuffed. They are located in an industrial area in Merrifield / Mosaic, so it's pretty bare bones, but the work was excellent, he finished when promised, and the pricing was much better than the other quotes we received. If we need any other work done, we will definitely return.
Amazing experience at this business. They were able to breathe new life into my old worn out cushions. Great service my couch is so comfortable again. I highly recommend American Foam Center!
