The best part about working with Aerotek is the empathy I feel expressed by Aeortek when I have a concern. My questions and concerns are never made out to be small and the people at that I have by my side are far from aloof. I also appreciate the opportunity now job, and the point Josue sought me keeping his word.
My Aerotek Representative, Brian Ward, does an outstanding job at keeping me updated on jobs, pay, etc and answering any questions I may have. The transparency and loyalty to it's employees are what I find most satisfactory with working for Aerotek.
